An illustration with a female teacher asking the following questions:

Is Substitute Teaching
Right for You?

Ask yourself these questions to see if being a substitute might be a good fit:

1. Can I adapt to different roles and be of service wherever I'm needed?

2. Do I have a flexible schedule and can be available on short notice?

3. Am I open to working with a wide range of schools, grades, and subjects?

4. Can I bring positivity and a can-do attitude to diverse educational settings?

5. Am I able to commit to a minimum number of work days each school year?

6. Do I value serving my community and making a difference for students?
Am I eager to support students and schools in a dynamic, ever-changing environment?

If you answered "yes" to most of these, we'd love for you to apply!
