The mandatory staff trainings are; Child Abuse, Blood Borne Pathogens, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment. All HDESD regular employees are required to take the mandatory trainings to comply with Senate Bill 379. You do not need to send anything back to the HR department. All trainings must be completed by October 29, 2010. New staff will need to have the trainings completed with two weeks of hiring date.
