General Educational Development (GED)

The High Desert Education Service District (HDESD) provides an opportunity for adults (including 16-18 year olds with proper documentation) who have not graduated from high school to earn their jurisdictions’ high school-level educational diploma/certificate by measuring the major academic skills and knowledge associated with a high school program of study.  The tests are field-tested and normed on graduating high school seniors before becoming final test forms.
