Common Core State Sandards (CCSS)

High Desert Education Service District is working with its component districts to help them transition to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) over the next few years. CCSS has been adopted by over 40 states and will better align the standards that all students are working toward. All of the curriculum directors in Central Oregon meet regularly to share on-going strategies, access existing strategies and share trainings that are going on in the state and region.
