Healthy Beginnings give thanks to local schools

Healthy Beginnings would like to thank all of the local schools for their participation in the Healthy Kids campaign.

Schools within the High Desert Education Service District have been especially helpful as we try to ensure that every kid is a Healthy Kid and has access to the health care they need.

Last year several schools opened their doors for school conferences, kindergarten enrollments and other events. All children in the district received the information through the backpack flyers that were distributed.

Healthy Beginnings is gearing up for the 2011-2012 school year. New backpack flyers are in the works.
