A Christmas of Change

Take a stroll on Wall Street in downtown Bend and you’ll see some of the city’s trees decorated for the holiday season. Each tree has a theme and each one is a request to help those in need.

Board members and staff from the Alyce Hatch Center gathered on Sunday, November 13 to decorate a tree for the Alyce Hatch Center. The tree is adorned with stars and glitter snowflakes made by the kids at the Alyce Hatch Center.

The event is called “A Christmas of Change” and each tree will have a donation box next to it so that you can choose to drop your pocket change for charity. The displays will be left up through early January.  The Alyce Hatch Center houses the Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education programs.
