The 2010 Grin & Bear It Run will be
Saturday March 13th

This event will include a USA Track and Field certified 5 and 10 K run as well as a 1-mile family fun walk-run beginning at the Les Schwab Amphitheater and running through the Old Mill District and adjacent neighborhoods.

We anticipate 500 participants and hope to raise needed funds to support our community health and developmental screenings for children birth to five.

 Learn to Run Social and Fitness Open House

The FootZone is inviting previous Learn to Run participants, the Women's Running Group, and friends for an evening of inspiration and information.  Specifically, we hope to celebrate with you a new year of fitness and share opportunities  to compliment your running or walking program in 2010.  Please join us and invite a friend!  We're expecting 50 people so far, but hope to include all who want to attend. 

 

This social event will give you a chance to learn more about:

  •   The Learn to Run program at the FootZone
  • The Learn to Run Dirty Half Training Group (NEW)
  • Several other fitness programs designed to compliment your running/walking routine (NEW)
  • and most of all..
  • Provide camaraderie, encouragement, and FUN!!
