Reservation Process:

1. Check the Skyliner Lodge Calendar on this page for availability.
2. Download and read the Application and User Agreement for Skyliner Lodge. (Pricing information is on page 1 of this document.)
3. Email the Skyliner Lodge Reservation Coordinator at skyliner.coordinator@hdesd.org with the preferred reservation date(s).
4. After the date(s) is/are confirmed, complete and return the Application and User Agreement for Skyliner Lodge.

Mail/drop off with $100.00 check/money order deposit to:

Email to skyliner.coordinator@hdesd.org. We will then send you a link (via email) to pay the $100.00 deposit online.

5. The Skyliner Lodge Reservation Coordinator will send approval of your reservation via email. If the $100.00 deposit was not submitted with the Application and User Agreement for Skyliner Lodge, you will also receive a link (via email) to pay the $100.00 deposit online.
6. The Certificate of Insurance and remaining balance amount are due a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.
