Thank you for your interest in Skyliner Lodge!


Reservation Process for ALL reservations:

1. Check the Skyliner Lodge Calendar (below) for availability.
2. Email the Skyliner Lodge Reservation Coordinator (skyliner.coordinator@hdesd.org) with the preferred reservation date(s) with the year AND start/end time(s).
3. After the date(s) is/are confirmed, complete the Skyliner Lodge Application and User Agreement (revised 09/11/2023) and email it to the Skyliner Lodge Reservation Coordinator (skyliner.coordinator@hdesd.org).
4. The Skyliner Lodge Reservation Coordinator will review your application and email you confirmation/approval of the reservation. (NOTE: If your reservation requires payment, you will also receive a link to pay the $100.00 deposit online.)
5. The Certificate of Insurance (COI) AND remaining balance are due a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. The COI may be obtained through your homeowners insurance, or by purchasing special event insurance. One option for purchasing special event insurance is through The Event Helper. The COI dates of coverage must include all dates included in the reservation, and the “Certificate Holder” is “High Desert ESD Skyliner Lodge, 16125 Skyliners Rd, Bend, OR 97701.”
